The tongue on the trailer was 2’ too long - I couldn’t twist the trailer to fit. With the hinge, I back the trailer in, fold the tongue back 180° and rotate the trailer about a foot and I can close the door!!! Installation was easy with the right tools. Fulton has a video on Youtube showing you exactly what you need to do and instructions are included. I would not hesitate to recommend this great product to anyone!

I received a new in box, excellent condition unit. I had a chance to use it and it performed perfectly. Very happy with the product and the customer service.

Customer service claimed the harness wasn't included, but the description clearly listed it, including the model number of the harness. It took several chats, emails, and phone calls, but eventually we worked out a deal that I could live with. The listing still has not been fixed, so if you're looking for a hitch for a Chevy Sonic, make sure to confirm with them ahead of time.
