My fault for not asking I guess, but would have been nice to know any bluray/dvd combo would be missing the dvd and any 4K/ bluray combo would be missing the bluray. Not the biggest deal in the world I guess but if I'd have known that going in, probably wouldn't have purchased. I purchased 12 movies, which all came in one manilla envelope with no protection. Upon arrival the package was ripped open clearly showing what was inside and 3 cases were broken. I ship most movies in padded bubble mailers and have had few, if any, issues out of hundreds of orders. These are insured by USPS for up to $100, so you should be able to file a claim with them so long as you've got pictures and documentation.
