The set arrived with no unnecessary packaging. The table top and the bench tops are pre-assembled as are the legs, it is just a matter of putting everything together, which is easy. The unit comes with good quality 8 x 70 coach screws, a nut driving bit and even plastic caps to cover the screw tops. Communication was great, thanks Karolina. A great buy

Had an email saying I should have had a txt message - no txt receivers. Responded to email as said will be in touch next two days to arrange delivery. That day I get calls from my neighbour to tell me a huge delivery has turned up and I was out at work! Luckily I have great neighbours however god knows what would have happened had I not!! Really shoddy customer service expected better considering the cost!!
