After telling me it would not be a problem. I said I could wait for the part. They said "No Problem". Just a simple adjustment. But instead they just refunded the money with no direct contact with me. "We are the largest in the world!" Not the way to treat a customer. It was easier to refund then to take care of a problem! I would not trust them to cover my dog house! Terrible. They sent it from California to Louisiana to Minnesota to Georgia just to get it to Tennessee. I was not happy and I told the vendor. They issued partial refund.... AND THEN the pkg arrived in a damaged condition so I told them about that. They issued a full refund. Very helpful vendor. I will certainly keep them in mind if I decide to use their services again.
