it's good for a bottom of the line camera
The video quality is fair, but decent enough that you see what's going on and who's doing it. The audio is great. I prefer the grade up that has the SD card and night vision. But you get what you pay for. D-link has a great variety of camera for any budget, we have used them for years! I just got a 3 pack of these for our beach house. My husband is there now doing construction, he set the camera up so I could watch him in motion, it's pretty cool. You can use them anywhere with power and an internet connection. I love that I can log on from my phone, or computer to check in. I also can set it up so I get notifications when the motion is triggered. They are great as perimeter cameras, but if you want really good clarity, spend a little more money, it's worth it! They have a great line of cameras.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great cam for the bucks
I now have 5 of these cameras. Installation could not be easier. You just add more cameras and they are there when you to to the Mydlink site to view your cameras. These cameras of of high quality. I got my first one almost three years ago and it is still working fine and still has a sharp picture. Resolution is good and color is great. I shopped around a lot and this is the best camera for the money you can buy. Works fine with Uverse since it sends the images to a cloud. You do NOT have to have a static internet address which costs you extra. If you want night vision, just leave a lamp on like I do. The motion sensor works great and if you select it, it will email you each time something moves in the camera detection area (which you can define). Having 5 cameras has not caused any problems for me since they are all wireless. The easy installation is great, but I like the quality better. I bought a very expensive top name brand camera and it stopped working after only 1.5 years and it cost almost 5 times a much. If one of these stops working I would just throw it away and buy another. I emailed tech support on an issue about year ago (browser issue due to an upgrade to the browser) and they responded very quickly and wrote some new code in the Mydlink application and fixed my problem in less than two days after my email (utnil then I just used another browser), then they emailed me to make sure it was fixed and I was satisfied. Good value
This camera is a very good value at its price point. Image is good in low light, fairly good with IR (better than other brands I have seen). A challenge for the wireless router
I'm not the best at routers, but I was never able to have the router recognize the D-link security camera. It was easy to connect the camera and get a live picture on the monitor. But beyond that I gave up. It is supposed to be very easy to set up. Because of that expectation i figured that I was never going to get it so that I could see the cameras view on my phone or tablet. Great Price - Easy to Use

Poor Quality
I heard allot of good things about this camera so i went a head and bought four of them for my home. Very easy to set up and easy to maintain. The thing i didn't like about it was unless there is good lighting by the cameras all you see is black. So i had to go buy motion sensor lights to put by the cameras so i could see the picture when someone walked into the house. Basic Unit. Good value for the money. Came without instructions. Connect to router by cable worked fine. Connecting to wi-fi was a little harder. But once connected works fine on wi-fi. mydlink app found the camera ok. Good for a first time camera.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Generalüberholt

Good standard IP Cloud Camera

Easy to install and use
The features are OK, the camera's do not work in the dark, the email notification works but unlike another product I owned previously it only sends and email telling you that something set it off (sound or motion or both), it does not send a snapshot of what triggered it.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

No video
