Seller was good and fair it just that the item didn’t came fully sailed it was open and didn’t have instructions to follow. Then a scan log was printed on the box which I followed but ended up broken the entire unit. What a nightmare to make it work not the seller fault, just not good when it comes to do the battery. Sorry

Seller answered my first email over this issue, but did not replied to my second. However the item was as described and was good value, hence buying by post. Motorcycle helmets when sent by post are usually packed with bubble wrap or foam padding for protection but this helmet was in its original box, with a slightly bigger outer box. Not a good practice in my opinion.
