However, (this is to the seller as advice) do the updates before shipment. I looked into the bios history, last update was of 10/2023. Had no joke 20 apdates needed, the lcd cut in and out. Took me over 2 hours to update. After that extremely fast, no issues with lcd. I provide roadside assistance, instead of my 2 x 5 inch phone screen for nav, ect. This laptop, blue toothed, 8 by 12 lcd. is god send

Booted right up and ready to go. Some small scratches on outer cover. Perfect for me I love this rugged Windows 11 pro device. Perfect way to reduce waste and reuse quality equipment.

It senses the lower laptop and thinks the screen is folded over, in which case it shuts off the keyboard since this situation would call for using the screen KB input. Otherwise, good little laptop! The first one I bought last year is lacking one of the W11 criteria (it is W10) which may be a setting in the Bios. I haven't looked into that yet.

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!! I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again!! A+++++
