Everything was there and the instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. It took me a couple of hours to install and it worked perfectly. After four previous attempts with no luck (improper equipment, equipment that said it fit and didn't, etc.) I now have a factory system in my wife's car and she is thrilled. These folks have their act together so buy from them, you'll be glad that you did.
