It was supposed to be a 2 day delivery, but it was more like 2 weeks. Even the promised 2nd delivery date was not met and that was the only seller communication received - it was silence after that.I checked with the carrier’s tracking after the promised 2nd delivery date, but they still didn’t have it. I kept on checking and it eventually showed up on there. A good solid item, let down by poor communication.

I was a bit disappointed though as I was expecting something worn and with character, "rustic" as the description says, like in pic 1 attached but what arrived was a brand new length of wood with no wear marks at all. It exactly the colour I wanted but just lacking in that character I wanted.
