I don't know what I was expecting but it wasnt a dirty, heavily creased item that people are supposed to sleep on. There were no rips in the packaging, so obviously came off the roll like that. I couldn't be bothered to return, it was just supposed to be for a guest bed. On the positive side it's definitely memory foam.

The memory foam mattress topper-double size, arrived 3 days later than first notified. However, it arrived rolled up and well wrapped in plastic. As we unpacked it and let it uncurl, I noticed some writing on the plastic bag which said "single bed". My heart sank ! But then we noticed the mattress was doubled up on itself. So, after letting it `flatten out` a bit we were so pleased to see it WAS a double. We are very pleased with it. We recommend it.

I was refunded via paypal but less retrurn postage i have explained to this company that the goods were incorrect firstly by direct then by Ebay they have been unhelpful at each attempt do not buy from these merchants they assured me they would deal this and if the amount is £2 or whatever it has not been returned
