Communication was fast and the seller had to issue a refund which also arrived fast. I plan to reorder this item and it is is highly suggested to ask for a tracking number due to the tariff nightmare. i have bought from them before and their items are high quality.

Shipping untracked made me nervous, but it arrived in perfect condition so I'm satisfied. Seller offered a good deal price wise. I really like the way it looks. With that being said I think that if they strapped it to the backside of an elk it might have gotten here faster, Canadian Post sucks, USPS sucks, and Customs in between sucks too. Knowing what I know now i would still buy again because shipping was free and the product is cool. A++
