Arm straps for hanging ab-work
It does the job completely especially if your pull up rack isn’t as tall for longer arm straps. These ones work well and don’t hang low at all. I weigh average of 190lbs and I highly recommend these especially for the price

Clients complained wouldn't hold them up on the bar
I actually tried them on the bar of our cable machine and I was afraid the velcro would come apart. I weigh 130lbs. All my client weigh from 125-225lbs.
