    Box was full of styrofoam Peanuts instead of bubble wrap which is better to use. That was a pain in ass to deal with. But the shipping was good. I have not tested anything yet.

    Easy to follow and really gets me sweating in only 20 mins

    Pro's: - super easy to follow, no need to be a martial artist - love the 20 min workouts, one geared towards upper body, another for legs, and one for abs - totally gets the heart rate up and sweating - feels like a total body workout despite the target areas for each section - got this video really cheap on eBay :) Cons: - wish there were slightly longer sections of cardio - it's fun kicking and punching! - I'm not coordinated so some of the combo's mess up my flow. I just keep doing my own simple kicking or punching though. - there is a section on how to do the moves correctly. It's ok, but don't expect to take anyone down soon. Overall, I really enjoyed this and it's a great workout. It'll be in my dvd player until I lose 20 lbs. Highly recommend this and the kicking/punching is ...

    "Girls gotta have FUN too"!!

    I have always been a fan of Jillian Michaels upon discovering her on "The Biggest Loser" as a coach. I find her to be authentic in her delivery while presenting you with the best alternative while attempting to achieve your goal, fitness. Initially I bought the DVD for the kickboxing aspect, I figured it was cheaper than going to a gym with the health crisis of today. What I discovered almost immediately, what a great self-defense DVD it is also. I'm a single woman living in her own truth and I will not be afraid to venture outside my front door. I find that there are many ways of self protection and kicking someone in the head by surprise with ease is one of the many facets you're discover in this DVD. Still a huge fan because I feel as if I got a 2 for 1 out of DVD great exercise ...

    Gives you an awesome work out.

    Gives you an awesome work out. It is fast paced so keeping up with the video in terms of the moves is a little awkward, but I am sure with practice I will be able to keep up. Great deal for $10.

    Awesome tutorial in the beginning, and fast paced so you don't even realize you are done when you get to the end! I am so glad I bought this to rotate in with my other Jillian Michaels dvds.
