EA's sci-fi themed survival horror series returns with a new emphasis on online co-op action and weapon crafting as players once again take control of Isaac Clarke as he battles mutant Necromorphs and struggles to maintain sanity and in Dead Space 3. Much of the action takes place on the frozen planet Tau Volantis as Clarke and newcomer John Carver attempt to find the source of the Necromorph infestation and track down their missing friend Ellie Langford. Gamers can take on the main campaign alone, but the co-op storyline reveals more intricate details of the plot.<br><br>Dead Space 3 presents a variety of new challenges, including the unforgiving elements of Tau Volantis, massive foes, and a new human adversary in the form of Unitologist soldiers. Other new features include the ability to roll and take cover, and a weapon-crafting system that finds gamers collecting and combining parts to create thousands of different custom firearms. As always, players can access holographic menus to check their health and supplies, and the key to combat is once again to strategically dismember mutants before they get too close.

    Item was new and packaging was still in good shape. Shipping…my opinion would be if you are charging extra for shipping, it should be more prompt delivery time than 10 days, especially for a small light package. Just my opinion, otherwise it was a good buy.

    A very different Dead Space.

    Dead Space series is one of the best horror shooter games around today. It has a great story line and some very unique enemies to kill. Some really creepy stuff happens on this game. The control to the game is really smooth far as combat and working around in the game enviroment. Dead Space 3 is very different than the other 2. You have to find material and blueprints to build your weapons and there are only Suit Kiosks and benches around and also unlike the others, it only has automatic save or Save and Quit for the game. I have played this game many times and I still enjoy playing after all these years. It is a tradition for me to play Dead Space as a treat for myself at Halloween. Scary good stuff. You really do get to feeling real sorry for Isaac and the mess he gets into in ...

    a 100% must have

    this is a must have for players who made it threw 1 and 2 .trust me 3 will not disappoint. very challenging game play. made it to level three with much hard work then the controller died. sucks! need to buy a new one. so far, for PS3 this is one of the best games worth playing. Alice is also a must have, took us days, weeks, months to beat that one. Dead Space 3 is a must have..........

    "Great re-play value"

    This game goes right along with the rest of the story line. First time around it's harder than the first two games but it has great re-play value. You are able to keep your weapons and keep constructing on them. I've only had the game a short time and I've solved it four times already. Very enjoyable to play.
