    This vintage fan was advertised as having the original box, all the seller did was put the fan in the original box and used a bunch of reinforced industrial packing tape to tape the original box up and then they stuck a shipping label on it. All the industrial packing tape that is now non-removable has diminished the value of the fan with the original box. I contacted the seller and the seller told me that it was my fault because I didn’t leave any special shipping instructions.

    packed well, shipped on time, exactly as described - pretty comparable price to local supplier who was out of stock at the time I ordered. The cost of shipping vs the item cost balanced out to match local/other sellers... be mindful of that when shopping.

    Wireless Router

    Wireless router was perfect. The OEM plug was original, but had an open wire splice without wire nuts or shrink tape, not useable. The shipping package was bubble wrap and a FedEx envelope so it was not overly effective at protecting the router and antennas. The router is as stated and in great shape.

    Disappointed

    Two routers were ordered. One looked good, as received. It was installed and seemed to work well. I need two that work. The other had fallen apart in the package. I snapped it back together, but it did not work. The routers did not come with power supplies. I informed ebay of the condition of the broken one. I've yet to hear from anyone. Two higher quality routers were installed, and they are working great. I would have saved time and money had I used better routers to start with.

    Needed a Client Bridge

    I needed a way to connect a caption call phone (wired high speed internet required) to a wireless network in a rest home. This fit the bill! A regular high priced router today is ALMOST capable of everything this modified router can do. Plus - I did not have to upgrade the firmware to the circuit board as it was already done. Thank You so much for making this so easy for me. Kudos

    These never want to die...

    I have several with removable antennas that I have longer antennas on...But this gets better reception and transmit than those with the longer antennas so even though Version 8 has fixed antennas I would not hesitate buying one.

    Old Gear - New Usage [Linksys WRT54G 2.4GHz Router]

    Obviously, for today's normal, high speed internet connections, this old workhorse has seen its day. For me, however, it's a device that finds a new purpose! Flash some proprietary amateur radio firmware - and VOILA! - this router becomes a mesh node for across town and beyond... Well worth buying!
