    The device arrived in impeccable shape, the closest to new that I've ever seen with a Jornada. It was packaged with great care and worked straight out of the box. The seller also included a free gift, including a battery, a stylus and a CompactFlash card to get the device going. With a battery to work on, I was able to re-cell the unit, and it now works better than new. All told, this was an incredible deal for 200 bucks, and I strongly recommend working with this seller, they are awesome!!!

    amazing video camera

    These were Sony's second from the top-of-the-line of analog Hi8 cameras when they came out in 1998. But it has a larger screen than any of the others. It was also the last year they made these cameras record audio in stereo. That was the main reason I bought it. To play back all the older video8 and Hi8 tapes and transfer into a computer and preserve the audio. The tape transport mechanism is very solid and more reliable compared to our flimsy older cameras. I highly recommend this model if you can find one in good condition.

    Great camera for nostalgic vibes.

    great camera if you are looking for some nostalgia. easy to hold using the strap but it is rather large. Picture quality is as you would expect an old tape camcorder to look but honestly the old grainy home video quality really makes this thing feel that much cooler. Camera is very easy to use i picked it up and figured out how to use it within 5 minutes. Great camera.

    Sony Handycam CCD-TRV85 Camera & accessories

    I was happy with the camera; however, the batteries AND the charger did not work!!! That was a big disappointment since I just managed to get it all in time for my son's graduation from USF and then I couldn't use it!!!! However, the individual that sold it to me made good on it by reimbursing me for the like cost to replace those items. That was considerate.....even though it took me more work to get a fully functioning camera. I didn't realize that things could be sold that didn't work...that was an eye opener to me....BUYER BEWARE SADLY.

    Great old camera

    This is a camera from the late 90s, butt it does a great job capturing memories and give then that old analog look. I'm happy with it.
