Not good.
This product has poor quality. If you are not sure what are you buying, I suggest you to do more searches. Once you buy it, you would like to try. In order to try if it fits your need, you have to open the package. If you are not happy with it, no return is allowed because "the package is open". The package is only a simply a thin plastic bag. The strap is very thin and weak so it can't hold the cushion on my office chair. The picture is kind of misleading. I had to use my back to hold the cushion without having it fall down on the chair. I tried it a couple hours and requested a return with reasons, but I received a reply saying I can't return it because the package was opened and the product was used. Although it is only $16.xx, in my opinion it is totally a waste. There are butter products out there with just a few dollars more.

Great little product for lower back pain sufferers
This lumbar roll is the perfect solution for me when driving. I love my car, but oh, the bucket seats wreak havoc with my lower back. I started having sharp pains down the back of my leg after driving to and from work, and knew that it was because I was sitting in an awkward position in the car. After using the roll against my back for a week, I no longer had back or leg pains.

Good back Support
I suffer from lower back pain and this helped especially since I have long commutes. It's perfect for my long car rides. The quality is excellent and maintains its comfort as I drive. The only thing is you have to sometimes keep adjusting when you get in and out of the car or even from your seat. I would recommend to others that have back problems as a way of helping to relieve you of some pain.

McKensie Lumbar Roll
This is the same pillow I purchased when going to physical therapy several years ago. It has held up well and has retained its original shape. I have herniated discs and this pillow is very supportive. Pay extra for brand name quality! I bought this as a gift after lending mine out during church services. The recipient was ecstatic!!!

Great back support!
This item is perfect for my need. It's exactly what I was looking for. Helps relax my low back muscles from sitting in the chair for long hours. Easy to use. Very practical to use. Just love it !

Essential To Overcome Back Pain
I bought three of these. Sitting was the number one cause of my lower back paint getting worse. Using these at my house, my office chair and driving has been the best help ever.

Support for lower back lumbar
This opt gives excellent support. It was recommended by my therapist who mentioned how it would relive my pain. It is light and fits in chairs and car seats for support.

good support for short duration
good for a short duration. it does not stay at one spot unless you don't keep your back in position. It eventually comes out of its position that you need it to be and you need to re-position it.

"Buy it . Use it". At home , in the car , on a plane, on the deck , in your favorite chair. You won't believe the relief of pain until you use it. I can't thank my P T enough for suggesting this product. You can't go wrong with this support.
