Came well-packaged & with 7-day step by step instructions for reactivating the yeast successfully. Couldn't have been easier, and my starter already has developed a good tang, & the discard is already producing my favorite sourdough pizza dough, biscuits, and herbed crackers after 6 days. I'll make a couple of loaves next week (giving the starter a little more development time for the heavy lifting the loaves require).

The process was easy and worked well and it made very good sourdough bread. It was shipped and arrived quickly as well.

Maybe I need to let it grow longer but this loaf doesn’t have the tangy taste I expect from San Fransisco sourdough. It’s beautiful, delicious bread but I’ll keep trying for the taste.
