Get what you pay for
This is not a 60watt iron... my old 40 watt works just as good... a 60 watter should melt solder much faster so not to damage more sensitive components. Also the handle would get very hot to where it was uncomfortable to hold it, unlike my older 40 watt iron which never feels hot to hold it. Additionally the power cord is very thin in my opinion and could be a possible fire hazard... This is a known problem with knockoffs from other countries where they dont put enough strands in the wires and are not up to the stated ratings and can cause fires when under heavy loads or a short.. Its a good bargain if you dont have a iron already but take note of the comments above... it will be uncomfortable to hold due to the thin handle.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Piece of junk
This is not 60 watts .It wouldn't even melt butter. Tried to solder two batteries without success. Save your money and buy something else. The handle heats up and the cord seems too thin. If you buy this also buy a fire extinguisher.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Dont buy this
Just save your money and save yourself from this terrible product. Legit the soldering iron started to burn inside starting a small fire and melting the plastic. Then i was like ok well thats just sad then i looked at the arm. I wished i bought 10$ worth of toothpicks and built my own "helping hand".
