I ordered a gear select repair bush from them and there was a mix up at the warehouse so the wrong part got sent (these things happen) , phoned up and the woman was ever so nice and helpful new part coming tomorrow 👍🏻

Nice simple/ cheap fix
brilliant little repair item and literally a five minute fix , recently bought a used 2007 Vito as another “get me by service vehicle” and the gear selection was almost impossible and that’s no joke. After a little investigation I found this item and it literally took 5 minutes to fit, selection of every gear is now possible and it’s a smooth positive action too. I would highly recommend this part if you are experiencing gear selection issues unless you are 100% sure it is the box at faultbrilliant little repair item and literally a five minute fix , recently bought a used 2007 Vito as another “get me by service vehicle” and the gear selection was almost impossible and that’s no joke. Easy peasy
Hi just a quick review. I purchased this bushing to cure a difficulty in finding reverse and second gear in my son in-laws Vito van. I found it to be quite a simple and intuitive process to remove the old one, the new article felt that it was very well made and fitted easily. The results were excellent, gear selection restored to as new. I have no hesitation in recommending this bushing to anyone suffering gear selection problems on this model and with a little white grease applied I'm sure it will outlast the original. Total transformation to changing gear.
Really simple task to do, several videos online with guidance. Gear selection is now so easy and positive, I didn’t realise how bad things had got and my van only has 49k on the clock! Top quality part, can’t recommend highly enough.

The gear change had become sloppy and notchy because the original bush was worn. This product seems to be made from good quality PA66, which should be durable and smooth. The original bush seemed like it was PP. I would use a smear of good quality grease on each side when fitting. More probably isn't better in this instance. The remedial work isn't complicated and would take most people about 1.5 hours including removing dashboard panels.The gear change had become sloppy and notchy because the original bush was worn. This product seems to be made from good quality PA66, which should be durable and smooth. The original bush seemed like it was PP. I would use a smear of good quality grease on each side when fitting. More probably isn't better in this instance. Easily cures notchy gear change on a Mercedes Vito
A well made item that arrived quickly. It's fair to say I have Ludite tendencies where tools are concerned but even I managed to fit the part, aided by the on-line video. The gear change has improved dramatically since fitting, so worth every penny.
