The paint is worn thin in a few places, and the figure design has some wheels and other mechanical-looking components buried in her shoulder and arms, probably meant to be some kind of clockwork creation, but it still mostly just looks like a stone giant. The base is correctly sized for a 5e giant, the figure just looks slightly small, but still very usable!
