Both were well packaged and looked great when I unboxed them. Only had a problem with one of them. The wifi switch kept switching its self off. After doing a complete reinstall of the OS I was able to fix it. Now both chromebooks are working great. Just hate the fact that the updates will run out in September. Over all I am well pleased with my purchase. Thank You.
