Everything looked good, but functioned 100% opposite/backwards. Stop and turn signals were on low side and running lights were on high side. Which means no stop and turn when running lights were on. Plug n play trailer wiring harness was just that, but didn't function correctly. Assuming factory defective.

I received a new in box, excellent condition unit. I had a chance to use it and it performed perfectly. Very happy with the product and the customer service.

Customer service claimed the harness wasn't included, but the description clearly listed it, including the model number of the harness. It took several chats, emails, and phone calls, but eventually we worked out a deal that I could live with. The listing still has not been fixed, so if you're looking for a hitch for a Chevy Sonic, make sure to confirm with them ahead of time.
