They answered most of my ?s, all promptly. Shipment arrived w/out the outer box damage I was used to. I'm thrilled with these thicker, quality boxes in great condition. I will not use the 2 box sellers I bought from in the past again. Altho, I must note w/this order my box size was off notably more than the 1/8" variance described. Will return but ask to recheck size if matters.
