"Forbidden Planet" is one of the greatest science-fiction films ever made, The characters are well-defined and quite engaging. The special effects are STILL breathtaking! This is a DVD everyone should own!

Receiving the DVD
When I opened the package containing the DVD disc and inserted it into the DVD player it stuck half way through the movie. I had the DVD disc cleaned and it plays just fine now. I loved the movie. First saw it in 1959 as a teenager. Thank you. I'm very happy to have this DVD Forbidden Planet !
