    Don't be silly, double check your mobo...

    Operator error is the only thing to blame. I mistakenly thought the board i was buying this for accepted AM2 CPU's. Upon receiving the item and taking the old CPU out i quickly realized that the board was meant for socket 939 CPUs. Hopefully I can find another old board to throw it in at some point, because the price was great and for an older chip the performance is still good enough to do most daily tasks. Wouldn't hold up to new games at 1080, but I'm sure it has enough oomph to handle Minecraft.

    Perfect for any use really

    I purchased this one for an old mother board i had laying around so my son and i could build him his first desktop and play his toy story game on, it worked surprisingly well. Faster than i thought it would be and runs just about the same as my new version AMD set up.

    Works flawlessly

    I bought this wi-fi card to replace the one that came with my new notebook, being quite familiar with the quality of Intel's products of this kind. Needless to say, I am very happy with the product. It works very well and has great Linux support, which is a necessity for me.

    Just the ticket, great price, works flawlessly.

    Installed the card in my HP Prodesk 600 G3 and it works flawlessly. Strong signal and pickup. Product came early and quickly. I would recommend this choice to others who need a M.2 NGFF Wifi Network Dual Band card. I've used it for two weeks almost daily now and there are no issues.

    Works well as a replacement for old broadcom card in Lenovo Yoga3

    Works well as a replacement for old broadcom card in Lenovo Yoga3, however I still get poor signal which is probably an issue of this laptops antenna (or its placement). Tiny wifi USB adapter has much better signal, but that's not a fault of this card as the original broadcom has the same issue.
