    Beautiful!

    This book is thurough and explains things so well. The illustrations and colorful picture are wonderful. I made the rice from Durango with pablano chili, fresh corn. Carrots, onions, and garlic. It turned out so good and it was delicious. I can't wait to try more of these recipes.
