I asked for a refund based on this, and the seller offered a return only. However, it costs more to ship the item back to China than the entire purchase itself. Kind of lame that the seller offers returns and then basically gets to wiggle out of them with this tactic. Buyer beware, the title, description and photo in the listing were all inaccurate to what I received.
