Best BEGINER Mexican cookbook
Instructions and pictures great! Ingrediantes found easy in stores! Great recipes! Tortillas, Great Value! Keeper! Desserts, meals, enchiladas, steak, chicken, and drinks! Mexican sweet breads!

Great Mexican food
I purchased this cookbook way back in the late 1970's. Have used it many times. I recently purchased one for each of my daughter-in-laws. One has it sitting on her kitchen, it was in beautiful condition. Love the recipe for Spanish Rice in this book. If I plan to cook Mexican food, I always go to this book.

Wonderful Book
Just what I was looking for. An oldie but goodie.. sometimes these have the best and easiest recipes!

No bueno!
I chose this book on the recommendation of many people on a Facebook cooking site. When I received it I realized it is not authentic Mexican cooking in many ways.

Not Authentic
The cookbook is not what I grew up with however, I’m definitely going to try a couple of recipes. Being a reputable company, I assumed that it was more authentic recipes
