One of the best TV series ever
This story line has it all. You care about the characters. They are developed well, and do bad things for reasons you can actually identify with. Every episode shows Walter slipping a little more from the nerdy teacher to being a real crime boss. Jessie starts off as a druggie street punk, but shows real human qualities when he sees things that are just plain wrong. I highly recommend this to anyone that liked the Godfather movies, The Sopranos, or any other well-done crime drama. Plenty of OMG - that did NOT just happen - moments. One of the best!
The video transfer to DVD is good, and the show's writing and its actors have garnered more acclaim than any other TV series I've read about. I also urge everyone to check out the BBC America production "Orphan Black." It's also available on DVD. Great idea to find it on eBay!
My sons told me it was a great series, so I went to library to rent it. After 6weeks of waiting, I mentioned to my son what would it cost to buy whole series? Well, your price and quality was GREAT, so a purchase was the answer. I’m trying not to watch the whole pkg.... trying to drag it out so it will last a while!
