The seller would not send pictures of the inside of the box, so that bothered me, but the seller assured me it was brand new. I received it today and unfortunately, it indeed was a used item. I asked for a return, but seller initiated a refund instead. CHECK OPEN BOX ITEMS PLEASE!

It took me a couple of hours to get the routers to work. They would show up as already being assigned to another network (previous owners?). I had to figure out how to do a hard reset on the routers as the routers are a little finicky in getting them to show blue to accept a new network.
