I would not have a house without one.
Flow By Moen is a true water saver. Easy to use from your Cell Phone, A true water saver. You can easily adjust the Moen Flow to shut off the water when you want it to. It tells you what the pressure is. I have been able to contact a tech to answer questions with almost no waiting. I would not have a home with out one. It can detect as little as a drop per minute in daily security check. Every one knows some one that has a major leak the was expensive, I know I have.

Awesome
Awesome product! The first thing it diagnosed was my water pressure was 100+. While it didn’t tell me the pressure regulator was based, it was easy to figure out and replace. It’s also showed us we had a small drip, and it alerted my phone when my wife left the hose running.

You never think you need a water use mon...
You never think you need a water use monitor/shutoff until you discover the leak and damage. The install is easy and programming the monitor to your water use is automatic.

Great peace of mind
Very well constructed. Easy to install. Software was easy to setup. Should be great insurance against any catastrophic water leak.

Just what I needed. Love the interface with my phone. Get updates on water usage. Low pressure etc. so much more than I expected

Great water monitoring device
This product is great. I have a community well and our water varies in flow and pressure. The system sends me emails of my performance measures and I can call the water provider with details.
