Brand name has changed to Closer Pets. Four timesd feeds rather than 5.
Really good, although 4 timed meals plus 5th for immediate meal. Brand name has changed to Closer Pets - who also sell extra trays, steel bowl trays and extra ice packs.

Quality cat feeder for a weekend break.
A great product that you can use wet or dry food in. Provision for ice packs under the food to keep it fresh. Timer is pretty easy to use and you can adjust it to suit your cats feeding routine. This is an ideal feeder for when you have a weekend away.

Excellent automatic feeder - works perfectly! This Cat Mate C500 has been brilliant for my cat's feeding routine. The timer function is reliable and the 5-bowl capacity gives great flexibility for portion control throughout the day. Build quality feels solid and it's been running without any issues. A well-designed British-made product.
Our cat Mila just loves her food and if we were to leave for more than a few hours, she would eat everything in her food bowl in next to no time - and then get very hungry later. That's where her new Cat Mate 500 feeder comes in handy. The only issue we have with it is that she knows there is always more food in the hidden trays, so she knocks lumps out of it trying to gain access. Thus far, the sturdy plastic body of the unit has remained intact! Also, to set the automatic feeding times, it's best to ignore the confusing instructions and refer to the helpful videos on YouTube.

Great product
Great product and easy to use. It stood up to the cat trying to get to the food the first time we used it, she is a hunter and could smell the food inside! Although a 5 day feeder, the carousel revolves underneath a lid that has an opening, and as there are only 5 compartments 1 meal is available as soon as the feeder is placed on the ground, so really its only 4 away days.

Good feeder, a little expensive but worth it in the long run.
Definitely recommend this as a feeder for wet food. Cat Mate do an equally good dry food automated dispenser for non-wet food. It's a bit pointless having the always open segment, which makes it a 4 stage feeder instead of 5, but being able to do 4 different days worth of feeds at 1 specific time of the day is almost unmatched in this sort of product category. I feel 40 pounds is a little bit much, this could easily be 30 pounds and would definitely be worth it at that price. At 40 it feels more of a luxury purchase but it is rock solid in functionality.

Best option from the market
I tried different pet feeders, but this product looks like the best option from what I was able to find on the market. Good materials, well designed with the attention to details. My cat easily opened previous feeders but this feeder allows me to leva up to four meals for my cat. And I know that my cat doesn’t open it and will eat in time.
