Most of the items including this one looked better than expected. The original packaging for this building had mold on it. This was alarming and should be avoided. The photos did not include the condition of the packaging. The seller did include a couple of small extras as a thank-you. I would do business with this seller again.

But I lost mine in a move. So, finding this on eBay was wonderful! The price was low, and it came with the box, too. The packaging was a bit odd - a black, plastic bag with wide tape around it, surrounding bubbled USPS envelopes, which all encased the box - but it was effective in keeping it safe.
