Beautiful songs!
"andromeda" starts off like the moody blues "watching & waiting" with a beautiful almost wonky mellotron, and in the middle a George harrisonesque slide guitar, what's not to like? And d her vocals straight from the 60's/70's period a la' carly Simon, carole king, Ms carpenter, but not in a copyist fashion, this girl is vastly talented, a warm lush sound pervades this record, recommended!!

What a nice surprise
The story- bought the Magazine Uncut to read about Neil You g and his history with Crazy Horse. A free 15 track cd with the mag. Played it on my car stereo. Noises by Wheyes Blood was amazing. Bought the cd and been playing it ever since. Bonus- there was a feature on Weyes Blood in the magazine as well. May by some of her other work as well.....Weyes Blood is the very talented Natalie Merin.

A stunning album
A stunning album. Titanic Rising is an emotive, string-drenched masterpiece. If you like powerful female vocals with orchestral backing (especially for fans of Karen Carpenter) this isthe album for you.
