Very enjoyable! if you have surround PLAY LOUD!
This was one of Sean Connery's best roles. He had a great cast behind him. I am a product of the Cold War. it was refreshing to watch a Russian Admiral figure how to get this sub to the United States. I purchased a Blu-Ray copy as I have a player for Blu-ray. Very good movie

"One heck of a movie"
This is a great movie..well worth the time and you can watch it several times and grabs you everytime. I'll be watching it again and again. Great story and might be true. Great feature movie. One of the best!
This is a very imaginative and excellently produced film made. The characters were excellent and made you feel that it was a complete non fabrication and realistic story. The photography was excellent and was in the proper place at the proper time to help tell and make the story real. I would highly recommend this film to anyone who loves a good mystery and intriguing believable defection. Sean Connery was brilliant, and so was Alex Baldwin. Others were also perfect for the parts played. All were completely believable and played their part brilliantly. Costumes were very good as well. It all seemed very believable.
