Sink or swim with onyx rearming kit
Don't know if there are other brands that will work with Onyx PFD, so had to go with it. Hard to remove used bobbin, had to crush it to get used one out. Purchased it because I got ready to go fishing one day and PFD which was in truck had opened. It was not in wet place so concerned might happen at wrong time. A little pricey in my opinion considering possible frequency of replacement. Can not judge this actual kit until it is used as intended or deploys again on its own. .

Good time to rearm your A/M 24 vest
The A/M 24 rearm kit had a good date on the bobbin - 06/27. This should last me 3 years I hope.

"Not getting what you pay for"
Rearming kits are only good for three years, each kit has a good thru date on it, the kit received only has one year remaining on it, I feel like I only received a third of the product I was supposed to get.

All in One Kit
Bought it so I would have a spare on board. Hopefully it'll grow old for not using. Everything you need in this Kit for rearming an A/M 24 Life Jacket.

Good product, disreputable retailer
Purchased in March 2024. The product is good, but expensive in my opinion. My problem is with the company selling the product. They sent me an expired unit which will not pass Coast Guard inspections. The retailer is dumping old products. They won’t respond to my email either. Avoid TG Watersports for safety equipment.
