Great exercise video!
We are senior who need to use this type of low impact video. It has been a good workout for both of us as it has 2 different CD's to use and there are bonus segments in it too. It was in excellent condition, like new when it arrive also.

Great work out and fun
This is a workout for anyone. If you have a disability or are just not up to a hard workout on your feet it is perfect. Mary Ann Wilson makes it fun and uses some good music which makes it more enjoyable. I did work up a sweat so don't think you will just be sitting still. I hope to use this to work my way up to a regular exercise routine.

The title sums it up - you can sit while working out!
I just started watching the program on tv and I wanted the dvd for more ideas.

The title says it all, sit and be fit.
The first DVD is a little slow but the second one is more upbeat. It is a good product.
