Driver only delivered 1 of 2 packages on his truck and took back to warehouse and took several phone call to get them to find second package to get them to deliver. Not sure if we ever would receive it without calls. This was a mini split ac/heat system that are not cheap. Again not seller fault but FedEx fault!18000 BTU 220V SEER21 Air Conditioner Mini Split Heat Pump System Ductless Wifi (Nr. 316099762405)
