    Seller was great but unfortunately I wont be ordering again due to FedEx being used. Item just as described. Amazing fast shipping. Great Price. Once again some of the boxes were RUINED BY FEDEX. FedEx literally tossed this item in the middle of our road with the oil and mud and it was run over yet Fedex marked it delivered and went on the merry way. Apparently FedEx thinks its ok to toss packages in the middle of the road and mark it delivered.

    I purchased another stack of 15 boxes for my business from Grainger and they had sent them via FedEx. What I received was a section of cardboard with my packing slip that showed my purchase, but no boxes. I called FedEx to investigate and their communication was poor and little help. I messaged Grainger and they responded within 5 minutes indicating they will reship another stack of 15 boxes and I'd received them next day. I was thankful and pleased with Grainger's excellent customer service!

    Easy as pie to retrofit to an old door..

    no more having to dangle keys and sort thru them carrying in groceries, give a code to the neighbor when you go on vacation, retrofit your old KW1 keys to the lock and keep those extras hidden. (in case the battery dies) grant and deny access on a whim with a bat to take away the keys. Have a special code for law enforcement for emergency situations. So many things this lock can be used for.. BNB your home or certain rooms.. Know at a glance from across the room whether the door is locked or open, red/green lights flashing...

    Best Upgrafe Ever

    Great upgrade . I love this Smart Lock with all the features is has. Auto Lock is fantastic. Very easy tobset up and totally reliable.

    Good quality, great price!

    I was looking for a smartlock after I had the unfortunate experience(s) of locking myself out a couple times. Since I rent, I needed something that could be re-keyed. I researched for many days and settled for this lock since it fit both my needs and budget. It was hard to configure, but we figured it out eventually. I no longer need to worry if I locked the door at night, no more locking myself out, and forgetting something before a trip is no longer a pain! So so convenient!

    Ditch the keys

    Primarily started using these due to a teenager incapable of being given a key without losing it. Have since enjoyed the convenience of not having to pull keys out of pocket ourselves, plus being able to set a additional codes to allow others temporary access to the house without having to change our primary code. The cost-up to add wireless access to these "Connect Ready" devices is prohibitive, but if you're not looking to automate or track status these are great.

    Great keyless deadbolt

    I bought this lock due to the lower cost of other wireless/keyless deadbolt locks. The Kwikset name has been around for many years and of the online reviews it ranks at the top of the keyless segment. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and can say I love it. Easy to lock with one press, and to light it up just press the lock key and enter the code. No issues with using the same button for different numbers either. I would highly recommend the Kwikset 909 for anyone thinking of trying a keyless deadbolt. You will not be disappointed. I also bought a Kwikset door knob and had them keyed the same in under 2 minutes. It's nice having one key for both locks in an emergency.
