I contacted seller and she responded quickly to my message. Seller was very apologetic and kindly offered a discount that I accepted. The seller has great communication. Item was shipped fast. USPS abused the package horribly, the box was all bashed in and it is a miracle that my figurine wasn't completely destroyed.
