I’ve used this product for years but the 100mg it’s referred to as the happy pill it will change your world overnight I love 5HTP

Great for Depression.
5-HTP is by far the most effective natural remedy for depression you will ever find. It works as good if not better than selective Serotonin Reputake inhibitors(SSRI.) Natrol is a good brand that I trust. The time release tablets are very effective. Do not take 5-HTP with an SSRI as it will likely cause serotonin syndrome. Exercise extreme caution if you have bipolar as like an SSRI alone this is very likely to cause mania.

Happy pills?
I've noticed that on the first and second day I cought myself smiling a few times ... this never happens!! It definitely was the 5htp. However, I have been looking for that smile ever since, and nothing. Also, I always find myself clinching my teeth and when I pop a 5htp, it goes away. Good for stress relief and sleep!

5htp: Learning your dosage levels takes some time and patience....
I think this is a good product but its not the best for me. I have found that I only need about 20mg of 5htp a few times a day so the 200mg dosage of this product is too much for me despite the time lapse release. Nothing bad to say about it except the dosage was too much for me.

It really helps with social anxiety! A very simple solution, along with exercise. One tablet in the a.m. and I'm good to go.

Positive Outlook on life
I thinks it a five star product for the fast results. I found myself jumping right into activities without hesitations like before. I have a bright outlook on life I do not even binge eat it is controlled with this product.

I take this for more of mood control then appetite, as far as appetite i still like to eat..sometimes too much so not sure about that part but it helps take the edge off depression (mild depression).
