Comfortable and clear
Looks brand new. I tried it on one phone -A Bell 390 and there was some background hiss on my end (not for the person on the line) but on my other phone, a Panasonic Caller ID, it is clear for both parties. The headset is very comfortable. I like being able to hear through both ears. The mouthpiece is in the right place. The amplifier and headset seem to be well made, solid. The buttons work well. Nice to have a volume control for microphone and ear (the voice one is under a compartment and I had to increase mine so test yours out with a friend first to get the volume right). I had a hard time getting the battery compartment open, had to use a knife to get it started. I'm using the plugin and don't need batteries anyway. I'm pleased with this product as I had bought a Platronics 96138K one ... Looks brand new. Not bad for used. . .
This is a very similar headset to what we use in a call center except this one is mine and I don't have to sanitize it each day. Each work station has a company supplied headset to use which is shared by whomever is assigned to that workstation each day. We have our own foam ear pads that we switch out. I would absolutely hate having to use the same ear pads that others use. These headsets are used and abused each day by the service reps. They get bent, twisted, mangled and the cords get all messed up and wearing them for an 8 hour shift is uncomfortable at best. This headset is a used, unrefurbished headset that absolutely does the job. The boom mic is a non flexible piece that is a little loose but it does stay in position and I've yet to have any customer say that they couldn't ... A far cry from the bendable boom mics on the company's headsets. This headset is great! It is fully adjustable, and I like how the mic can be used on either side. The headset cord works with the phone system used at work, and an adapter was also included so it could be used with a computer or other device. I use this headset five days a week in my job at a call center, and I know it will go the distance. I recommend the Plantronics headset if you do any work where you need to have your hands free so you can talk on the phone and work on a computer.This headset is great! Makes hearing easier
I don't know why I waited so long to purchase these, they are excellent. Up until I purchase these, I would use an ear plug in my other ear just so I could hear the customers on the phone. I would recommend these to anyone who is having trouble hearing with only one ear

This is my second Plantronics headset. The last one lasted 18 years and I would not have needed to replace it but I broke the hard wire.
Excellent sound and it was delivered brand new with all components in just a few days shipping was included in the price. I would buy another but I will retire before this one wears out. I had tried numerous cheap headsets that never lasted more than a few weeks before investing in a Plantronics. I wear this headset approximately 55 hours a week. No kidding. Buy it and you will be happy with it for years to come.Excellent sound and it was delivered brand new with all components in just a few days shipping was included in the price. I would buy another but I will retire before this one wears out. I had tried numerous cheap headsets that never lasted more than a few weeks before investing in a Plantronics. I wear this headset approximately 55 hours a week. No kidding. Buy it and you will be happy with it for years to come.
