I complained to UPS but they did not investigate a NON-DELIVERED parcel, but sent a phone number to get ahead of a parcel delivery locally, 1-800-742-5877. May also need to file another complaint with them. BELIEVE UPS DELIVERED NEXT DOO, BUT NEVER CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKE.

Seller acknowledged that the item was made in China, not the USA. I had to write seller over, and over and over to get a refund. Seller finally did refund my money. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS SELLER.
