A must have for your Mossberg
At first I thought I may have wasted my money, but if you have an SGA stock, get this! My shotgun is set up for defense. And if you've ever done transitioning drills, where you go from shooting right hand to left hand, you know that one point is the way to go for that role. However, 2 point slings are superior with keeping the weapon close to you when you are not using the weapon. With mine, I run a MS1 Magpul sling to the right side of the buttstock and then have the MS3 adapter hook that goes to this and it works phenomenal. You can also just buy an MS3 Gen 2 sling and remove the 1 hook. Don't waste your money on the mount that clamps to the barrel and assembly tube, because you have to remove it every time you clean the gun or remove the barrel.

Does NOT Work with MOA Precision SGA Adapter for Stoeger M3000
I ordered this for my Stoeger M3000. I put on the Magpul SGA Adapter from MOA Precision to use the Magpul SGA stock. The corners on the adapter are rounded & just slightly wider than the receiver to interfere with this working correctly. It would need just a hair extra width next to the attachment ring for it to work but that stock has other sling options. Thought I'd let others know for this more uncommon use case. I'm sure it would work on the correct stock configuration.

Option Sling Attachment to for Magpul Shotgun Stock
This is an ideal sling mount that you can use as either a single point sling attachment or 2 point sling in conjunction with a front sling swivel attachment on either the left or right side of the shotgun. I used this in conjunction with a front sling swivel attachment point on a Mossberg Maverick 88. I purchased the front sling swivel stud separately and used locktite to keep it in place once in stalled on the cap. Contrary to the belief of a person who wrote on a review for this product will its not close enough to your face to cause injury to you unless you are holding the shotgun incorrectly. This is a good option to use instead of a QD sling point attachment which can be more expensive. If you are using a 2 to 1 tacticle sling with paraclips this is the way to go.
