Any time I had questions or there was an update for my order, the seller provided detailed communication. I can tell from the tone and phenomenal customer service, the seller is very kind. The seller went above and beyond to secure another yukio character that I wanted which was sweet! The blue fish yukio was in mint condition, good value and as described! It was nicely shipped in secure packaging and arrived without any damage. Great communication, kept me updated when the shipping situation was affected by the US tariffs and explained to me in detail about what I could do. Shipping was incredibly quick when we got things sorted out and packaging was secure, item came just as described and I love it.
- 9***h (5)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter Kaufvery well packaged, same as shown in the picture, there was a problem with shipping and it was resolved. i would say it is a little expensive and for what it is and better to go to japan in person to buy one or more from a don quijote store but its still better then having to pay for the plane ticket to go and come back from japan. overall good experience i am glad to have received my item.
