Their communication with me was fast, and always pleasant. I understand that once I paid they had to actually print my copy, and as this is the first time I have purchased a 1/350 scale, it was a bit pricy. However I now have a very rare model of a very rare ship. Great thing is the 1/350 photo etch such as railings fit this model.
