Great Tuner / Harmonmusic is a great seller
I've used other electronic tuners before for my mandolin but never a SNARK. The SNARK is easy to use and no directions are necessary to get started - very intuitive. It's also very durable - more on that later. Tuning seems to be accurate and consistent. I must also give a heartfelt endorsement to Harmon Music; the vendor that I bought my SNARK SN-8 from. When I received my SNARK SN-8, the packaging was completely destroyed. What I got in the mail was delivered in a zip lock baggie. Somewhere in the shipment process the packaged must have gotten caught in in some kind of machinery because the packaging was shredded, nothing left of the box, the bag that the tuner was supposed to be in was shredded and the bubble envelope used to ship it were all destroyed. The SNARK SN-8 was badly abraded, have the lettering on the face was gone and the case was cracked, but amazingly it still worked! I notified Harmon Music via E-bay and they immediately sent me a new one - no questions asked. I highly recommend Harmon Music as a business that is truly concerned with customer service. "Compact and easy to use"
Wow....I always tuned by ear and now I find using the "Tuner" that my hearing was off, sharp (#). This is easy to use, just clip it on and pluck the string. The tuner will show you the the note. Best guitar tuner ever!
Best guitar tuner ever! I can't tell you how many electronic tuners I have gone through in the past 15 years. Brands like Korg, Reverb, and Snark. Literally dozens, and probably about 10 of the various Snark tuners. This is by far the best. I purchased this based upon the recommendations of another reviewer on Amazon, who pointed out that other Snark "Super Tight" electronic tuners have a needle that gets lost in the colors that border it. This reviewer pointed out that another Super Tight tuner was available that had this sort of "bar graph" face. It was (he explained) far easier to use, and far easier for my old eyes to differentiate. This was 100% accurate, and I am loving this tuner. I would even say that Snark improved the ruggedness of this tuner. In the past I have broken several tuners at the joint where the neck meets the swivel head. It appears to be even stronger now. Snark ST-8
The Snark ST-8 is just a great little tuner. It's compact, fast, accurate, and works for all of my guitars and banjos. I was especially surprised how well it tuned my electric guitar in a noisy environment. It's easy to use and easy to see. no more miss tunes
i own 4 different tuners and this one by far for the money surpasses them all nice and bright back light for dark stages or in sunlight an very accurate very rugged for the touring musician i would definitely buy another just to have it with me small compact and easy to use believe me this tuner is for you! Mini Guitar Tuner
It is one of the coolest turners i have seen or used in a long time. I wished i would have one when i was on the road. I turn my harp in less than 15 minutes with this turner. It is crazy good. Snark tuner
OMG ! This device is WONDERFUL ! Easy to use, and oh so accurate. Fast, compact.- I would recommend this to anyone in the music field. AND I HAVE ! As a matter of fact, I did just that . A young man was confused about his tuning--I told him to purchase a tuner ( SNARK ), tune his guitar 440 pitch and he would see instant results in his playing. Still... Just the best tuner on the market
I have had quite a few Snark tuners over the last few years. I give them away as fast as I buy them sometimes. They have all been consistently the fastest and most responsive tuners I have ever used. I have tried many others, trying to buy something exciting and new, but always find these much faster, easier to read, and easier to use in general. They are incredibly durable, super fast... Good and worth it.
I also have a few TC Electronice tuners, $50 each. They work a bit faster at getting my low B in tune, and the display is really good even in bright sun. But I keep some extra tuners around in my music room, and the snark tight fit works great for 1/4 the price. Snark ST-8 Super Tight Clip on Tuner Tap Tempo Metronome
The tuner works fine. It is hands free once you turn it on. It shuts down after 2 minutes if no sound is detected, nice for saving the battery (CR2032 Lithium), It has a transpose feature for using a capo. Push a button for the number of frets you are setting the capo at and the tuner will adjust to read the strings as EADGBE. I have not used this feature yet. It also has a metronome adjustable from 40-250 bpm. The metronome display is tiny and I don't use it. Overall I like the tuner but not the metronome feature.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
