Shipping was a bit delayed but can't complain. Figure was packed very well and had no flaws. Michelangelo cam as described with no scratches or marks on him which is excellent. When I contacted seller for a partial refund never really apologized, asked for pictures and never heard anything more about issuing a partial refund, will never buy from again.
