I Use this Everyday
For several years, I've used this product brand for improving my hair and nails. One daily tablet. My hair thins due to a medical issue, but this Biotin keeps it growing with noticeable results. My nails also look healthier. The new 2021 bottles are smaller as well as the capsules. However, it's explained on the bottles everything is "compacted" into smaller sizes, but same amount of product.
